Customer Service Executive - Full time

We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.

You will be in charge of attending to customer's emails, packing and dispatch of online orders 

  • Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer's complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
  • Assist in managing inventory, quality check and stock count when needed
  • Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • A strong interest in fashion
  • Strong command of English 
  • Min N/O Level
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Able to work independently
  • Minimum commitment of one year
  • Able to start work immediately.
