How do I order?

- Select a product listing that you would like to purchase and the size you would like. Add the items to your cart and checkout the items using a valid credit card to avoid failed payments.

Are there loyalty points? Where can I find them?

- No, we no longer have loyalty points. All spending from purchases will be accumulated to decide on your membership tier status.

Can I use multiple codes together?

- Yes! Store credit and discount codes are stackable.

Do you ship to countries outside of Singapore?

- Yes we ship to Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia and USA. If you are located outside of these places and would like to purchase, do drop us an email so that we can assist you.

I keyed my address wrongly. How can I change it?

- Do drop us an email with your address so that we can update it as soon as possible.

I made a new order. Can I combine the instocks that I have from my previous order (consisting BOs) with the new order?

- Unfortunately as of 31/12/2021, we will no longer do order combination so as to minimise inventory error and streamline productivity. If you wish to receive your instocks first, please select separate shipping upon checkout.

I previously missed out on an item and carted it out again. Is it possible to combine orders and refund for one of the shipping fees?

When will my Backorder item arrive?

- You can refer to the status of the Backorder item under the 'Backorder Status' tab.

I am in between sizes. Which size should I take?

- You can drop us an email or IG dm us your measurements and we can advise you!

An item I received is defective. What should I do?

- So sorry about it! Please email us and we will assist you from there.

What is considered a defect?

- Please refer here to see what is deemed as a defect. If unsure, please drop us an email and we will assist you from there. All emails will be attended on a case-by-case basis. 

- Colours shown may also deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In this case, it is not deemed as a defect.

The item I received is of a bigger/smaller measurement. Can I exchange for a piece of my preferred measurements?

- Measurements provided on our website are basic measurements which are taken as accurately as possible with the item laid flat and straight. Due to the nature of mass manufacturing and apparels being handsewn by different seamstresses, variation in sizing is unavoidable during the cutting and sewing processes. For this, measurement discrepancy of 0.25"-0.5" will not be deemed as a defect.

- Any fees for exchanges will hence be borned by the buyer.

- Please take a photo/video of the measurements of the item laid flat and straight and drop us an email.

Will defect items be refunded via my original payment method?

- Defect items will all be refunded in store credits which will still be eligible for a return/exchange for future orders. There will strictly be no refund via original payment method.

I received a different/missing item from what I ordered. What should I do?

- For missing items, do send us an email and we will dispatch it as soon as possible, with us bearing the mailing fee!

- For a different item sent, we will send a 1-1 courier with the correct item.

Am I still eligible for a return/exchange?

- Items purchased with any 10% promo code are allowed for exchanges & returns BUT any other items purchased with credits, other promo codes with discounts more than 10% and SALE items will strictly not be allowed for any form of exchanges/ returns/ refunds. 

How can I initiate a return/exchange?

- Please drop us an email with your order number and let us know what are the items you are returning. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

- Lost parcels

- THE STYLE SOIREE will not be liable for any lost mail in the event the address input is wrong/ mailed back using normal mail without tracking. No refunds and replacement will be made. But we will do our best to locate the lost parcel on our end. We will not be held responsible if the parcel is returned back to us and is due to incomplete address. A top up of SG$3.00 will be required to ship the parcel to the buyer again.

I used store credits for my order, am I still eligible for a return/exchange?

- Nope! All purchases made using partial or full store credits from a previous return will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

Within how many days must the return/exchange reach you? Can I mail it out next week?

- All returned parcels will have to reach us back within 7 days after we have provided you with the steps for returns. Any parcel that reaches us after the 7 days will strictly not be eligible for a return/exchange.

What are some methods that I can use to mail my returns/exchanges back?

- Some tracking couriers that you can use are Smartpac, Qexpress, Speedpost or Grab. However, mailing fee will be at your own expense and we will not be liable for any mailing fees/taxes for returns/exchanges.

When can I expect my returns to be processed?

- We process them on a weekly basis! However, do give us sometime to clear them especially during peak and sale periods. We will drop you an email again once we have processed your parcel.

Am I able to view my store credits in my account? Where can I find my store credits code?

- Store credits will be issued to your account that you have signed up with us. You can check your remaining value under your account.

Can I purchase gift cards? How do I go about doing it?

- Yes you can! We have gift cards in $20, $50, $100 & $200 nominations.
