Programme Overview
The Operations Management Associate Programme is a 2 year specialised development programme that offers you the opportunity to explore different functions, and gain an all-rounded experience in Fashion Operations. Over a period of 24 months, you will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your career in the fashion industry through job rotations that cover areas such as customer engagement, logistics management and retail management.
The Operations team primarily supports three Business Functions:
1. Customer Engagement
Responding to queries, delivering tailored experiences, and swiftly resolving concerns for unparalleled customer satisfaction.
2. Logistics management
Collaborating with third-party logistics providers, optimizing supply chain, warehousing, and procurement for efficient and streamlined operations.
3. Retail management
Guiding sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction for a seamless and successful retail experience
What we look for in a Operations Management Associate:
- Strong command of English
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
- No more than two years of work experience
- Creative, decisive and resilient
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- An impressive track record in leadership
- Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
