Booking & Reservation

• The ticket price of $10 can be used to offset your purchase at the cashier via Gift Certificate as a payment method during checkout. 
• Each entry to the event will require a ticket. No walk-ins are allowed.
• Each time slot is limited to 60 minutes
• Please arrive within 30 minutes before your scheduled slot to enjoy the full shopping experience
• Please note that this is a FEMALES ONLY EVENT, do not purchase a slot for your male partners or companions

Purchase Limits, Discounts and Payment

• One quantity per colour per size for each design
• 10% off (no minimum spend) or 15% off (minimum spent of $200), applies to new arrivals, backorder, bags and footwear
• Set discounts ( >20% off ) will apply on co-ords with no additional discounts 
• Store credits and birthday discounts can be utilised to offset purchases 
• Gift certificate can be stacked with discounts and credits
• All orders made during the event will be dispatched from Monday (12/9) within 1-3 working days if no unexpected delays

Returns and Exchanges

• Exchanges will not be processed on-site due to manpower constraints. Please email us at customerservice@thestylesoiree.sg to initiate an exchange
• All request for returns and exchanges during our event will be rejected. For returns, you can drop off at our 24/7 return box after receiving an approval via email.
